Mbajji Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

Welcome to the Mbajji platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Mbajji and its users. By creating an account or using the site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Mbajji is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. Reading this document in full before using our services is mandatory.

• A government-issued ID may be requested to verify your age at the time of registration.
• Mbajji reserves the right to re-verify a user's age at any time.
• Users from restricted countries or regions are not permitted to create an account on Mbajji.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.

Each betting market on Mbajji follows its own specific rules. You should read the relevant market rules carefully before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Mbajji explicitly offers a cash-out option.

Mbajji reserves the right to change odds, but once a bet is confirmed, the odds for that bet will not be altered. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Mbajji reserves the right to void the affected bet.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum limit varies by market.
• Odds in live betting may change at any moment.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a draw or tie, the relevant market rules will apply.
• Multi-bet options (parlay/accumulator) are available, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• Mbajji reserves the right to investigate and take action on any suspicious betting activity.

Deposits and withdrawals on Mbajji are easy via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are completed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200; minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbajji platform. Any involvement in prohibited activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance.

• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassment or misconduct toward other users.
• Unauthorised use of Mbajji's copyright or trademarks.

Mbajji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly if the user is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• Submitting a self-exclusion request will result in your account being locked for a specified period.
• Upon account closure, you may request a withdrawal of any valid remaining balance.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, there is no guarantee that the balance will be returned.

While Mbajji maintains the highest standard of technical security, it is not directly liable for any loss arising from internet disruptions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Betting outcomes depend entirely on the result of sporting events and are not controlled by Mbajji.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled system maintenance.
• Mbajji is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Mbajji is not responsible for issues caused by the user's own device or network.

If a dispute arises, please contact Mbajji's customer support first. Our team will endeavour to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

• Dispute claims must be submitted in writing to our support email.
• Mbajji's decisions shall be considered final unless overturned through a legal process.
• In any dispute over betting results, the official sports body's records will be considered final.

Mbajji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
